About Me
Hello, I'm Lucy Miller, a designer and floral enthusiast. From my studio in rural Suffolk, I create nature-inspired designs by growing and pressing flowers, capturing their beauty through photography, before transforming them into digital art for greetings cards, stationery, textiles, and art prints. Every step, from sowing seeds to finished products, is joyful and incredibly rewarding.
My Story
While on maternity leave from my role as a Children’s Book Designer, I felt inspired to start a creative business that could balance my artistic passions with family life. Naturally, I began with what I knew best—creating charming children’s illustrations for nursery art and decor.
A few years later, during the Covid pandemic, lockdown reignited my love for nature. Time spent exploring the outdoors with my two boys deepened my connection to the natural world, inspiring me to shift my focus from children’s design to the art of pressing flowers. My playful, experimental spirit, combined with my design skills, allowed me to blend the beauty of nature with the digital world.
I'm continually expanding my range, adding new designs and introducing fresh products. Creating beautiful artwork that celebrates nature, and sharing these creations with others, brings me immense happiness and pride. I truly love what I do and I hope you do too!
